These terms apply to recovery, roadside assistance, vehicle transport, diagnostics, and battery services provided by GG Recovery Northampton(“we”, “us”) and to use of this website (https://www.ggrecovery.co.uk).

1. Booking & quotes

Quotes given by phone, WhatsApp, or website are estimates based on the information you provide and may change if the actual job differs (distance, vehicle condition, access, waiting time, additional equipment).

2. Pricing

Pricing is based on a call-out fee plus a per-mile rate. Out-of-hours, motorway, accident, off-road, and specialist recovery jobs may attract additional charges, which will be confirmed before the job starts wherever possible.

3. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated at the time of booking. Late or non-payment may result in additional administration charges and storage fees.

4. Cancellations

If you cancel after a recovery vehicle has been dispatched, a call-out charge may apply. We will inform you of any cancellation fee at the time you cancel.

5. Vehicle handling

We take reasonable care when loading, securing, and transporting vehicles. You confirm that the vehicle is yours or that you are authorised to instruct its movement. Pre-existing damage should be highlighted before loading. We are insured for the recovery and transport activity carried out.

6. Items in the vehicle

We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle during recovery or transport. Please remove valuables before handover where possible.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee paid for the job in question, except where liability cannot be limited by law (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence). Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Automated scraping, attempts to overload the contact API, or attempts to bypass security controls are prohibited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
